A filing partner for founders who build across borders

ANAFRA helps entrepreneurs outside the United States incorporate, obtain a federal tax ID and stay in good standing, through a single workspace that shows exactly where a file stands.

Our mission

Incorporating in the United States is not technically difficult. It is opaque. Requirements differ by state, processing times are rarely published, and a file can sit for weeks without anyone saying why. We remove that opacity, and we do not sell certainty we cannot deliver.

Who we serve

Founders, e-commerce operators, software companies and consultants who need a United States entity without living there. Most of our clients have no Social Security Number, no United States address and no local partner. The service is built for that case rather than adapted to it.

How we operate

Every filing, document and status change is recorded with its date and its author. Clients see the same timeline our team sees. There is no separate back office where the real status lives, because a status the client cannot see is a status they will call about.

Pricing discipline

Government fees and ANAFRA fees are never presented as a single number. The first are collected on your behalf and paid to a state authority or to the IRS. The second pay for our work. Combining them would hide which of the two we actually control, and which we can refund.

Data protection

Identity documents are the most sensitive records we hold. They are kept in private storage and reachable only through an authenticated, logged request, never through a permanent address. Administrator accounts require a second authentication factor and their permissions are granted by role.

What we do not do

ANAFRA is not a law firm, a tax advisor or an accounting firm, and we give no legal advice. We prepare and file. Where a question belongs to a lawyer or an accountant, we say so instead of improvising an answer that would carry no responsibility.

How a file moves through ANAFRA

  1. 1

    Collect

Your answers and the documents required for each beneficial owner.

  2. 2

    Verify

Identity checks completed before anything reaches a state register.

  3. 3

    File

Articles submitted, fees paid on your behalf, receipt recorded.

  4. 4

    Deliver

Every document published to your workspace, with its date.

What we commit to

  • A full order summary before payment, with state fees shown separately.
  • Nothing filed with a state before payment is confirmed on our servers.
  • Every official document published to your workspace, downloadable at any time.
  • A named reason whenever a file is blocked, and what is needed to unblock it.
