- Why are state fees separate?
- Because they are not ours. We collect them on your behalf and pay them to a state authority. Presenting one combined number would hide which part we control, and which part we can refund.
- Is the price really final?
- The total shown before payment is the total charged. Options you did not select are never added. Recurring services renew at the rate communicated before renewal.
- What if my company name is refused?
- The state fee is generally consumed. We tell you what the register requires and what a resubmission costs before doing anything.
- Can I pay later for the optional services?
- Yes. Options can be added from your workspace after the company exists, at the catalogue price of the day.
