You describe your project: activity, owners, where you live, whether you have a U.S. presence. It takes a few minutes and you can stop and resume.
2 : Structure and state
We show a suggested entity type and state, with the rules that produced it. You remain free to choose otherwise.
3 : Order and payment
You see the full summary before paying: state fees and ANAFRA fees separately, options, total. Nothing is filed before payment is confirmed.
4 : Identity verification
We identify the beneficial owners, as U.S. and international rules require. This is where a file usually stalls, so we tell you exactly what is missing.
5 : Filing and EIN
We file with the state, then request the EIN. Each document lands in your workspace as it arrives.
